I ordered a jacket on February 3, 2016 which was received, however it was to small. I returned it for a larger size on February 11, 2016 plus= $9.99 fee - I have not received the merchandise nor can contact be made - FAO 8-46-0303 - Light tan jean jacket.

Order Number 7194017- Made six calls - and always the same - Acc#:P546-1085543.

I have been a customer of Haband for a long time - However, I will cease because of what seem to be you like of interest in your customers. Even though this is less than $100 - further action will be needed if you continue to ignore my request - or return my funds.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of poor service - no merchandise. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of jacket and associated monetary loss in the amount of $30. Haband needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
