Recently Comenity Bank/Haband changed its format.I never had a problem paying online until this month.I called and asked whats the problem and was explained to click on the new link and register with it so I can access it.

I done that and nothing happens. So with payment date approching,I had to make a payment by phone or face a late payment of $35.00 but still had to pay a $15.00 processing fee. some choice, you still have to pay more than the minimum anyways.I think this is by design,everyone in business is not satisfied in making money one way, they create these little snafu's for a bit and make people pay more to enhance their profits and treat us as if we are sheep.

you just lost a good customer because of your greed.No Respect

Monetary Loss: $15.
