Worst decision I ever made

On 10/14 I placed an order with Haband - order showed that product was in stock

On 10/26 I looked up status of order that appeared as "in process"

I called customer service to see what that meant and was told the order had shipped that day and that the computer was slow in updating

On 10/28 I checked on status again and it showed as "out of stock" - I called customer service and was told it would take 10/12 days to receive stock and ship to me - I was also told that customer service never told me the order had shipped on 10/26

I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for over 1/2 hour

Here it is 20 days after placing order and am still waiting

I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HABAND AGAIN
