I ordered 3 items at $42. They were very skimpy, so I used the enclosed return form and shipping label.

I listed the 3 items I needed exchanged , and included the listed $10 service charge. They did not exchange any items. They cashed the $10 check and sent me a refund check of $26 (half of what I had paid). I called customer service.

When I gave her my order # and verified my name, She said due to technical problems, she would have to terminate the call, and immediately cut me off. I tried again later and the same thing happened.

I suggest you be very cautious when dealing with these people . Jack Smith
