Haband - If you order do it months ahead of time

I ordered a shirt for a Christmas present on Nov 25th, I contacted customer service last week and was told I would have it by Friday, Dec 14th the shipping company has an update but nothing since than and still no package, this was a Christmas gift. Very disappointed and wont ever order from them again!!

Dr sholls shoes are *** and so is Haband!

Bought a pair of Dr Sholls loafers from Haband and they came apart in 90 days. totally cheap *** called Haband and was told too late to return, defective or not. Never will I buy from these people again!

Haband - Dissappointed

Had ordered slippers 12eee. When they were sent I received 11eee. Returned slippers back to sender on Saturday the 8th. After speaking today to a Haband employee, we were told that the correct slippers would not be sent out for another two to three weeks. Was hoping to have them for my Husband for Christmas. Rather than using the word pissed, I would prefer the word dissappointed. Thank you Shrug

Haband - ORDER # 6696129 I TALKED TO MARY ANNE

Order # 6696129, Dec. 4, 2008. Person who took Order was Carlo. I was going to charge my Discover Card like I did on previous orders. But he suggested Haband Charge Card. I have not received the Application for Haband Card. I hope I receive the order of Ultimate Parker, light tan, Petite Large Saturday and Tote Side Zip Boots, size 8 or 8 1/2, color Burgundy. If I am not getting an application, on the telephone I can provide my Discover card for what I owe. And hopefully I can have a Pleasant relation with Haband from now on. gloriacfox@mac.com
