Haband - It is too difficult to speak to a live person !
I returned some pants to exchange for size on 6/6/22. On 6/17 I called and was told that the pants had not arrived . I sent the pants with Habands return and tracked the shipment on 6/20. Tracking says the pants were received on 6/14 in Warren , Pa. On 6/20/22 customer service said the pants never arrives but TRACKING CONFIRMS THEY HAD THE PANTS SINCE 6/14! Unacceptable!!!

I PAID THIS ACCOUNT OFF, BACK WHEN ER WERE GETTING OUR 1400.00 DOLLAR STIMULAS CHECKS. I PAID IT OFF AND YOU SENT ME ANOTHER BILL, WHICH I BELIEVE WAS 54.00 AND I PAID IT EVEN THO I DIDN.T OWE IT. NOW YOU ARE RUINING MY CREDIT. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR ME , I WILL GO TO THE BANK AND SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO GET THIS PROOF NEEDED.

Quality of your product

My wife ordered 2 pair of haband flannel pajama tops and bottoms around Christmas time 2021. Both pair are unraveling in various areas. I only wear them at night for bedtime. There was *** at the shoulder area of one of the pairs. My wife had to saw it together. I feel this is a poor quality product. Incompetent order processing

They still have my former address as active, then assured me that my order would come to my current address, which they also had. I asked for an email confirmation, but got one with the old and incorrect address. Four phone calls and over an hour on the phone.

Screwed!’n

I ordered two pairs of sweatpants. In order to get free shipping I ordered two cheap tee shirts. They delivered the crummy tee shirts and then charged me full shipping without delivering the sweatpants. Today I get an email saying the cancelled on order of the sweatpants almost two months after the original order. The have no customer service. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ASSHOLES!n

Charge to return an item

I have never bought from Haband before. Bought a vest. It was not what I expected and wanted to return it. Problem is when you return with this company, they charge you $9.99 to return an item. Guess I should have read the return policy. Won't be buying from them ever again!!!!!!

Never received order. Requested refund 3 times.

I ordered boots Oct 23, 2021. Habband claimed they shipped via UPS which UPS tracking shows they never received the package. On October 28 Habband shows package sent via USPS. USPS tracking still says (as of Dec 12) they are waiting for arrival of package. I have requested refunds on Nov 17, Nov 21, and Dec 4. I still have not received a refund. I will contact AG office and file a complaint. Will never purchase fro Habband again. A customer who shops a lot.n

As soon as I ordered they sent me an e-mail offering me discounts. They didn't send me a receipt or tracking info; It was difficult to find a phone number but I did. I got a rep in the phillipines. Promised to send me the info but never did. She told me it was sent using DSL and it would be 2 weeks. She claimed it was 5 to 8 business days. since when does a courier not work 24/7. Never buy fStay awayrom them again.

Bad customer service, hasn't sent my item and it is over one month

I ordered an item on November 2. For four weeks when I check the order status it shows that it is "in process". When I ask customer service by email, they just repeat the same information that is on the order status. When I called customer service by phone, I was told that my item was shipping that day. That was a week and a half ago. It has not shipped and still says "in process." The item did not say on back-order when I ordered it, or I would not have ordered it. I am quite upset because whenever the item WILL be shipped to me, I will not have enough time to ship it to her in time for Christmas. This is so frustrating and upsetting.
