I Recently opened a package of casual slacks that i had purchased a short time ago. the first time i wore them the fabric tore like tissue paper and every seam ripped out.
i returned them with the return form filled out explaining why i was returning them. i called the customer service and they have no record of receiving my return and the also said there is no record that i had purchased anything at all from them. according to their records, no purchases have ever been made by me.
This is complete BS. i have a closets full of HABAND merchandise ordered over many years.
i want the slacks i returned replaced.
