The online order system, does 'NOT' recognize these fliers that you receive, so be 'VERY' careful if you place an online order. Additionally, when ordering shoes, take extra caution, as the actual size of the (in particular), the Omega runs very small. If you wear a size 11, you must order a size 13. Haband - Horrible Customer Service

I made a purchase and sent it back for an exchange of color. It has been almost a month. They sent an email saying they received the jacket in the mail but nothing since. I have been trying to just get a refund and keep getting the run-a-round. They are so unprofessional and rude. Every time I call they put me on hold then hang up. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HABAND AGAIN.

Haband - I ordered two items by phone with credit card, in March, I g

I orderd the two items in march.ive called every week, one girl said they got the order and took$63.95 out of my account and it would come in 10 days, called this morning and a guy says they see no order, do not risk ordering from them, i have proof on my bank statement where they took out the money, next step is an attorney.
