Delivery Service

I bought 2 pairs of fleece pants for my husband, the sizing was a little large, returned them, with a check for the postage ordering 2 replacement pants in the correct size. Ordered originally in October, returned them with a check for postage 11/7.

Nothing - no replacement, no check for postage cashed. Just silence, when I called today and listened to the automated order information it of course said "delivered" nothing else to say.

Their call center is in India I believe, and there was very little help. I will never do business with this company again, and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family that this is not a good company.
