Baiting and switching Free Gift Offers from Haband
Two days ago, I placed an order with Haband for approximatly, $200.00. The order taker was Noel.
I selected several free gifts from Haband Flyers and catalogs. I requested a Free Sherpa Blanket. I was told that I could not select that free gift because I had already selected another free gift and that was the Haband Company policy. Said the documentation does not say that.
That is called baiting and that is a no no, in the free market. I requested that she put a supervisor on the line. After waiting far too long, she came back and said the supervisor is busy on another call. I then asked for a telephone for the Haband Corporate Offices.
She could not find it, I did a Bing search and found the information for myself. I request that you ship me the free Sherpa Blanket or I will dis-continue using Haband for my shopping needs. I am a VIP Customer and my account is {{Redacted}}, My mailing address is 1212 Club Point Road, Chesapeake, VA 23322 and my cell is 757 408 **** I consider what has what has occurred a Dis-Service, not Customer Service not Customer Service.
