I ordered online and it's been a month before they shipped my order. What's more frustrating is the will trick you that you will get $15 off. Once you click on getting it, it will automatically put you on vip *** membership that I never authorized and charged me $14 a month. Fraud. Never again i will deal or order with them ever.

An elderly confused family member signed up for VIP 4 years ago. We called customer service to stop the monthly charge. They took care of it, gave her a refund, and everyone we spoke to was cheerful and polite. I'm a new customer now!
