I've purchased clothing from Haband for a few years now. Not a lot but what I did buy, I liked. Then as I was calling in another order three months ago, in a moment of weakness and stupidity, I let them talk me into getting a credit account with them.
When I tried paying the bill online, I found the site confusing and finally gave up. Before I could mail them a payment, by snail mail, I was suddenly paying 21% interest! Plus a $15 dollar late charge!
I called them and told them to cancel my account. Which they apparently did, cuz when I got back on their web site and tried to log into my account it told me that my account did not exist. Like an *** I thought that took care of it.
Today, I get a bill in the mail for $37 dollars, all late charges! For an account they tell me I don't have!
DON'T EVER LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A CHARGE ACCOUNT AND I'VE QUIT DOING BUSINESS WITH A FIRM OF SMUCKS LIKE THIS!

please cancel my haband VIIplus of 14.97 a month. We don't really need it. I am an occasional order customer, so this would not benefit me . I like to keep my order status to a min. and have a good payment history. I clicked on this in error in placing my last order. I ordered something three months before Christmas for a Christmas gift, it never arrived till a few days before Christmas and was so cheap looking that I ran out to a store and bought something else. The last few ordered took so long and once again when it arrives I was not happy with the products and had to pay to return them. Also took a long time for my refund check to be sent to me.
Finally asked them to stop sending their catalog and take me off their e mail list.
I also didn't like when you ordered any thing the operator talked so fast and tried to pressure you into taking the vip plus and other items on sale.
