I was not aware that I would be charged for the VIP Plus

Don't bother with this company - My order was totally lost by Haband

I placed an online order on May 6, 2014 for two 12 pocket vests for work. I printed the confirmation order and number. I waited. On May 20th, I emailed Haband asking about the progress of my order and included the order number. On May 21st, I received this response: Thankyou for your email. As checked, the order # is under (a totally different name). Please email us your full name, address and phone # so that we may check the recent order you have. Please advise. (then three lines of thank you s for ordering). I have no idea who this person is so I sent my info by email to Haband. They then responded by telling me I screwed up the order. I then emailed a copy of my confirmation and told them it was not my error. They came back with more apologies and told me to place another order. Right, that's just what I wanted to do and have this happen again. I told them to forget it and that they better not charge my credit card because I would dispute the charges. I would never order from them again.

Unwanted membership

I do NOT want membership in Haband VIP PLUS now or ever, I have already contacted my credit card carrier flagging any charge from your company.I will NOT honor any charge received from you. If it becomes necessary I will cancel out my credit card, a drastic measure but I'm willing to do it. Also I will not be taking advantage of the $15.00 gift offer that I just received in the mail as I believe this may constitute acceptance on my part. I do believe I have had problems in the past with you people, I do not want to experience them again. Take me off your list. T. Cherrie

I ordered something three months before Christmas for a Christmas gift, it never arrived till a few days before Christmas and was so cheap looking that I ran out to a store and bought something else. The last few ordered took so long and once again when it arrives I was not happy with the products and had to pay to return them. Also took a long time for my refund check to be sent to me.

Finally asked them to stop sending their catalog and take me off their e mail list.

I also didn't like when you ordered any thing the operator talked so fast and tried to pressure you into taking the vip plus and other items on sale.

Ordered size 5 sandals got size 10 oxfords

I ordered a pair of size 5 red sandals and received a size 10 red oxford. Wanted shoes for a special occasion, Called customer disservice and was told send back and when we get them will ship right pair but you need to send ($9.99) to cover shipping. Might take a month. When asked why I need to pay for their mistake she read same script. Asked for supervisor got same scripted message over and over again. Wanted credit card number but I paid by check so they have my money , will not give credit card number if they are so bad at service. Will report to Better Business Bureau in business state . Will never order again.

Screwed By the Haband Credit Card

I've purchased clothing from Haband for a few years now. Not a lot but what I did buy, I liked. Then as I was calling in another order three months ago, in a moment of weakness and stupidity, I let them talk me into getting a credit account with them.

When I tried paying the bill online, I found the site confusing and finally gave up. Before I could mail them a payment, by snail mail, I was suddenly paying 21% interest! Plus a $15 dollar late charge!

I called them and told them to cancel my account. Which they apparently did, cuz when I got back on their web site and tried to log into my account it told me that my account did not exist. Like an *** I thought that took care of it.

Today, I get a bill in the mail for $37 dollars, all late charges! For an account they tell me I don't have!

DON'T EVER LET THEM TALK YOU INTO A CHARGE ACCOUNT AND I'VE QUIT DOING BUSINESS WITH A FIRM OF SMUCKS LIKE THIS!

I ordered a wallet from them my license didn't fit nether any of the credit cards sent it back now they have me charged $20 for a $10 wallet. I have did a lot of business with haband but this will be the last time I deal with them.

please cancel my haband VIIplus of 14.97 a month. We don't really need it. I am an occasional order customer, so this would not benefit me . I like to keep my order status to a min. and have a good payment history. I clicked on this in error in placing my last order. Returned order sent to corporate office and not forwarded to correct place

On May 17, 2014 I downloaded an order form, completed the printed form, wrote a check for the amount needed and mailed my personal check and the Haband order form to the Haband Corporate office, 110 Bauer Drive, Oakland, NJ 07436/ This mail, unopened, was returned to me, May 31. with a note that this was not a correct address. I could not locate another address for orders on your website. Not forwarding the order internally is very bad business practice. I am quite angry about this occurrence. I have phoned Haband customer service to receive a correct mailing address for clothing orders. Given is 1 Bargain Place, Jessup, PA 18434. I will use another postage stamp and try again. This is only because Haband offers quality clothing and some items which are difficult to find elsewhers.

T-Shirt Review

Returned 8 tee shirts for smaller size. I received 6 tee *** different sizes and colors that I did not order. I spoke to someone at haband and was told I would receive tee shirts in 1 week. Never received tee shirts. I have had the 6 tees for about two month.

Outsourcing jobs

I called Haband about ordering several items. I was surprised to speak to someone foreign. It was someone of the Philipines, I have nothing against the Philipines but there are plenty of Americans that would love to have a job like that person has. Haband started in Prospect Park, NJ, my old home town. It was made what it is today by American business, why take away jobs from Americans. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. I did not order and will not order. I also will be sure to put on Facebook this information. I would hope you would hire Americans for these jobs.

Don't want any more clothes

I was pleased with what I purchased from you but I seldom buy new clothes. I am through. Your cataloug will go in the trash with the others which you sold my name to and I am not happy with that. I am tired of deleting your emails. I don't read them. I am through buying clothes. Poor customer service

Sent back pants and asked for a replacement 11/15/13. Talked with service representatives a number to times each with a different story. Sent in another payment to cover the extra cost. They said that they sent pants last week. talked to a rep. today and she told me that the pants are out of stock and they will credit my account but not for the entire amount as they have not record of all of the payments. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH---I will pass this on to ALL of my friends and colleagues. ---A BIG NO NO!~!!!!!
