I spent 4 hours getting forwarded back and forth on the phone. Three time I was forwarded with bad connections.
One hung up so she could call back on another line. It took an hour, she called and told me the same thing for the fourth time. Nothing she can do. I asked for replacement it but to no avail.
They all said the same thing which leads me to believe they are reading from a script. That is not good customer service that is avoidance at all cost. They never addressed the problem of not notifying me that after three weeks they decided that more than half my order “unavailable”! I am done.
They won, it is not worth the stress and aggravation to fight a losing battle. I was hoping to do business with them but NEVER again!
Preferred solution: Replacement items for them dragging their feet to fill order. ( so far over 3 week)

I was overcharged call them immediately was told could see order to call back in 2 hours spoke to 3 people then called back in 2 hours same thing, called back in two hours spoke to 2 people said they couldn't cancel it to call Mionday. Talked to 7 people on MONDAY 3 were supposed to be supervisors and they said order alrighty being shipped can't do anything until it is shipped, was told it was shipped, was told it will be shipped in 3 days, was told it was at the dock waiting to be shipped.
Said I would return the items then and they told me it would be at my expense and They would not refund the shipping charge they weren't suppose to charge me. Was told it would take 3 days after they get the merchandise to refund money and one person said it would take up to 30 days
