I’ve Ask for Emails to stop!

Ive spoken with agents in customer service for over a year asking to STOP any further emails. They cant get it through there heads that STOP means STOP! They keep on texting my deceased wife and this is really so unprofessional. Theyre brain dead!!!! Sincerely Mr Joseph Ballard

I was just wondering where my two orders were and I got the answer and Im happy with that. The young lady who answered the phone in customer service looked up my address and verified who I was in my email and my address I was able to tell me about the relocation center changing and that I would probably expect my orders by the end of the month and since theyre not super critical in terms of time right now I can except that.

I spent 4 hours getting forwarded back and forth on the phone. Three time I was forwarded with bad connections.

One hung up so she could call back on another line. It took an hour, she called and told me the same thing for the fourth time. Nothing she can do. I asked for replacement it but to no avail.

They all said the same thing which leads me to believe they are reading from a script. That is not good customer service that is avoidance at all cost. They never addressed the problem of not notifying me that after three weeks they decided that more than half my order “unavailable”! I am done.

They won, it is not worth the stress and aggravation to fight a losing battle. I was hoping to do business with them but NEVER again!

I ordered May 2. It is now May 24,I heard nothing from them. I emailed last week for my order status with no reply. Today over 3 weeks I called and was told 5 out of the eight items were no longer available. they would be shipping out the 3 other items soon. Can't get them to ship my order

Ordered on 5.23.2021 it is not 6.23.2021 and still have not received my order. First it was "Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), response times may be longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience". Next it was "We are in the process of relocating our fulfillment center and this is causing some unexpected delays. We will send your information to a specialist to have this looked into and get the order shipped to you as soon as possible. Your order should arrive in 2 to 3 weeks." And now this, "The team is working hard to ship your order and because of all the issues, we don't have an expected delivery date, dadate, EVEB date. this time."

I was assured the shipping charge would be taken off because I had included the proper promo code in a timely manner. Twice I received written assurance. And Haband charged me anyway. Moving and the pandemic--those are your excuses for ineptitude. Nonsense. You deserve to go out of business.on't shop

I ordered a winter coat for my wife back in late Winter of 2021. The coat came delivered ok, but I had paid for it with my bank debit card the amount of $60.20. This was three times what the advertised price was but after haggleing with them with no results, I decided to drop this issue. Then Haband sent another statement . So I stupidly paid them $60.20 thru my credit card. Paid $120.40 for a $30 $30 $$30 doll

I was overcharged call them immediately was told could see order to call back in 2 hours spoke to 3 people then called back in 2 hours same thing, called back in two hours spoke to 2 people said they couldn't cancel it to call Mionday. Talked to 7 people on MONDAY 3 were supposed to be supervisors and they said order alrighty being shipped can't do anything until it is shipped, was told it was shipped, was told it will be shipped in 3 days, was told it was at the dock waiting to be shipped.

Said I would return the items then and they told me it would be at my expense and They would not refund the shipping charge they weren't suppose to charge me. Was told it would take 3 days after they get the merchandise to refund money and one person said it would take up to 30 days
